What types of wood do you use for your furniture?
We exclusively use sustainably sourced hardwoods, including North American Walnut, White Oak, and Maple. Each piece is selected for its unique grain pattern and durability to ensure heirloom quality.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. For custom-made planks or furniture, please allow 4-6 weeks for artisan crafting and quality inspection before dispatch.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, WoodPlank ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for Canadian orders are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
What is your return policy for natural wood products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for standard items in original condition. Please note that because wood is a natural material, variations in grain and color are expected and not considered defects. Custom orders are final sale.
How should I maintain and clean my WoodPlank furniture?
We recommend dusting with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth followed immediately by a dry one. Avoid harsh chemicals and keep products away from direct heat sources to prevent cracking.
Are your finishes eco-friendly and food-safe?
Yes, all our finishes are VOC-free and environmentally friendly. Our cutting boards and dining surfaces are treated with a proprietary blend of food-grade mineral oil and beeswax.
