Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the wood products in their original protective wrap and shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
